The Q&C supervision runs through the line of products research/developing./material purchase/finished product check and accept/testing equipment/personnel competence/QC testing and improving.

QC of research: The design of our products are strictly according to International Industrial Standard & U.S. Military Standard, and supervised in developing process canonically; carried out systemic testing in every step of development to ensure the high-Q&C product output. All our products have the Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate to ensure that all our products come into the market must have the high Q&C!
QC of raw material: Our company has developed standard purchasing management system and IQC testing room. Establishing the long-term trade relationship with eligible & first-rate suppliers (TOSHIBA, ROHM、RENESAS、NEC、PHILIPS、TDK) whom screen out strictly.
QC of production：Our company have frame out canonical technics guidance, and producing in terms of schedule strictly to ensure the formality, control of sked and retroactivity of abnormal Q&C. All products must get approval of sample reliability and shipment test. Establishing and implementing assessment system of Q&C by intensify the function of self-inspection and inter-inspection
QC of finished product: Our company has established corresponding procedure and certificated file. Carrying out dynamic management and control according toGB2828, sample Ⅱ standard and our corresponding certificated rules. Meanwhile, it should undergo rigorous environment tests. Such as aging test, high & low temperature test, temperature concussion test, solar radiation test, caught in the rain test, fall down test, shaking test and so on. They are tested strictly in accordance with US-MIL-810C, D, E standard and the reliable tests guarantee the high Q&C to ensure them to make a stable specification & excellent performance in all kinds of working environment.
QC of testing equipment: Our company uses the advanced producing equipment and sophisticated instruments after the country measure office adjust to eligibility according to the country measure legal. And establish the adjusting plan and carry out strictly to insure the exactness of the producing equipment and sophisticated instruments.
QC of personnel competence: We carry out three steps of training mechanism for our operators and QC checker : training before working; training on job period; special skill for position.
QC of improving: Our company collects the suggestion of customers and inner staff actively in order to advance the Q&C of the products!
